Pysanka hold random artifact, but artifacts are not yet implemented. When artifacts will be added, you will be able to open pysankas.

Ah okay. I dont see the egg even in the inventory. So I don't know whether I will get this artifact later. Looks like better to keep green keys and play pysanka levels later.

Pysanka not displayed in inventory, because it is expected to be auto-opened upon completion and artifact awarded, but they are in fact tracked on the account internally.
